DescriptionIn just one decade, a new approach to design has crossed the Atlantic. Research is now increasingly focused on user satisfaction when they come into contact with a product or service. Before considering how the UX Designer can achieve this goal, let's first understand the interests of such an approach. To illustrate this approach, we will present 2 cases that are representative of the advantages of UX Design: the redesign of a B2B portal and the homogenization of the user's omnichannel experience.
